Welcome to the best and last IPTV subreddit that you will ever need. We hope that this community will grow into a tailored and safe space to contribute, share, learn from each other.

I would consider ourselves as just starting out with a good mix of beginner, intermediate and veteran IPTV users.

Our mission statement is to give you a platform on which to collaborate, learn, share information, help each other and to contribute and grow this sub as a one stop shop to get yourself some traction on finding the best service(s), with the best possible prices, for your particular needs.

We would absolutely Love if you could spread the word, as I and many others have, onto other subreddits. Be kind, don't mention the subreddit in the posts, and ask them to DM you for more information.

What we should NOT be doing:

  • Allowing reseller posts (report hem to the MOD u/afckinidiot (or any other MODs that may be joining as we grow) when seeing comments or post from resellers trying to solicit their products, this is a subreddit that gives you the power to make your own choices in what we have curated
  • Do not belittle or disrespect the other members here. Each one of is us learning and (hopefully) trying to teach others how to learn and get the best possible setup for each of us
  • Remember, not everyone is the same; we each have special needs and wants from our IPTV services. One Man's Strong 8k could be another person's Trex depending on what their needs are
  • Skipping the subreddit rules, they are in place to help facilitate a great community and to keep it as such

What we should be doing:

  • Asking questions, best way to learn is to follow in someone else's footsteps
  • Posting reviews of services. Pretty soon we will get a megathread and/or Wiki going with this information. We will also be deciding on a standardized methodology for reviews so we can better enhance our Megathreads and Wiki's
  • Providing tips and tricks with Players, EPGs, panel help, vendors, IPTV editors, etc.
  • Ask for what your needs are in a service. Country matters. Content Matters. Quality Matters, as well as may other features from each service.
  • Ask for trials, please. Trials Trials Trials. For each service you are interested, and get a couple of trials from different vendors even for the same service. You never know how it could be categorized, or how it's formatted for you.

Came here to say thanks. Got myself 3 connections for 12 months - £50 on Alibaba. Could have probably got it cheaper but given that I was paying £40 for just the one connection prior to this, I was more than happy at that price point.

Loaded up on 3 Apple TVs using UHF app with no issues so far 👍🏻

Is it that easy?!? I’m just getting started and it’s all still a bit confusing.

I too have a few Apple TVs in my house.

So I would:

1 - purchase connections on Ali or Z2u. Something like Eagle 4k, Strong8k, etc.?

2 - download a player like UHF from App Store.

3 - take info from purchased connections and enter that on a player like UHF and voila?!?

Am I missing anything other major steps along the way?

I am reading up on IPTV editors so I can curate the channel lists and all that. But need to do more reading up on that.

Yes, exactly that. Albeit with the exception that UHF and IPTVX apps both sync so you need only enter connection details once and it’ll sync across the Apple TVs (providing they’re all logged in under the same Apple ID).

If purchasing multiple connections, be sure to confirm that the connections are under the same account and not multiple separate accounts.

If you have family sharing on, the sync happens across all devices regardless of the Apple ID used. My wife’s iPad works using this method even though I do everything through my Apple ID.

I was referring to playlists and channels etc but you are correct regarding family sharing. When I set up my sons on a different t Apple ID, the playlists on my account didn’t sync to his.

Sorry I’ve just reread and I think you can actually do what you’re referring to. I’m 99% certain once I set the playlist up on my device, I went on to my wife’s and imported it, and it kept all settings etc. Sorry if I’ve got this completely wrong!

In a week, just from the knowledge on this sub, I went from paying $30/3 months for a subpar service to setting up my family with Strong8K and Mega accounts as backups.

Hell, even learned how some Strong resellers do it, mostly just CloudFlare, and setup my own accelerator.

Feel free to purchase the domain, I just have a lot of servers (VMs) I can give you or help setup in DMCA free countries.

I'm curious about this, is it something there's a write-up about? Is it literally just "add a domain to cloudflare and set proxy to on" with a CNAME to your actual server?

Literally exactly it.

I work in networking and network security. It seems that most people just setup a CNAME to the Strong CDN or reseller they use. All the same ASN and even IP subnets.

So if you get say johnson41242.fake-cdn.xyz if you do a dig or lookup it'll likely just CNAME to cdn.fake-iptv.cc

So I just look at where they CNAME it, create my own subdomain or domain, and CNAME it directly to cdn.fake-iptv.cc with Proxy on.

It takes like a few gigabytes per day at most and I've never had an issue buffering.

I've setup my families fire sticks this same way with slighty different domains and setting their user agent in Tivimate so I know who's browsing, and then I use 1/5 free page rules to bypass security.

So something like:

Rule 1) If User-Agent = VLC John [OR] User-Agent = VLC Jake [OR] User-Agent = VLC Jane , then 'Skip' rules, and then expand, and have it skip all rules, rate limiting, etc.

I also added Rule 2) If it contains /movies/ /live/ /shows/ then whitelist and bypass all rules.

It works a charm on the $0 free plan.

Most people try to evade ISP issues by just CNAME with a random hostname directly to the actual IPTV CDN. I just went a step further, added CloudFlare in front and one of my spare domains.

Try it on really any account you have and it should work perfectly.

8k.yourdomain.com -> point to your strong DNS and proxy it.

mega.yourdomain -> point to your mega OTT dns

it's been working great after testing it over the weekend, so I threw it 2 firestick 4k's for my parents in law in the hope they have something other than political crap to watch.

I did go one step further and actually setup a reverse proxy to my strong setup by getting a virtual machine in the same datacenter as them to bypass any international transit issues they my have, but so far CF has been killing it and it hasn't been needed.

Thank you for setting up this sub. I've been using the same service for 2 years now, but it's never been that great (as in, I've always felt I could be getting either a better service, deal or both) but searcing for quality services is a fucking quagmire of self-promotion and bullshit. Will definitely be looking at the post links above to hopefully find something acceptable.

I know this has been said a few times but please add a discord server etc as a backup in the event this goes down as there is a known history of Reddit doing so. This is a great resource and before seeing this I just couldn't find sites where I can get services cheaper as I know how to plug in the settings instead of paying $80 a year. My yearly sub expires in the summer

New to this version of IPTV. Learned a lot from your posts. Had some questions that I haven't seen covered:

Is there a thread that discusses standalone Android "boxes" to connect to the TV? Perhaps recommended specs, etc?

Similarly, is watching via UHF on Apple TV worth the price to buy an Apple TV (in an Apple household?). We have Roku TVs and, as I've come to understand it, there's not a good Roku IPTV app.

Forgive my ignorance if my questions are ridiculous, poorly asked, or have been covered.

Random android boxes suck. Get the Onn pro, shield pro, Goole streamer, or fire cube. Otherwise go Apple TV. Everything else will be a headache.

Its not the boxes that suck it's the components inside.  You want to make sure that you are getting a box with a strong processor.  Onn, shield, fire, are all running droid with good to high quality components.  If android boxes and their component info hasn't been discussed too much on this sub I'll gladly put together an intro to choosing a Chinese android device wisely.

I’m not familiar with Android boxes. I’d suggest making a post. I love my AppleTV as we use it for multiple things and have an Apple ecosystem.

UHF actually works really damn well, and I’m glad I found it. I won’t use anything else to be honest. I also know there’s an AppleTV app which rivals, and actually beats Stremio. I thought I’d have to ditch my AppleTV when I jumped into this space, but I’m glad I haven’t.

AppleTV is pricier, but the hardware and OS is loads better. I can’t speak for Android stuff though, apologies.

That’s very insightful, thanks! We very much have an apple ecosystem, and probably would be on that if Roku wasn’t so much more affordable. That said, having Roku doesn’t prevent me from using Apple TV too.

Might just have to invest in one for streaming.

Yeah, UHF has a built in VPN to pay for (they give you a discount if you signup through the app) called AngelVPN, it works great

                I'm new to IPTV. If I want to playback and watch something that already played, does it depend on which type of IPTV subscribtion or do I need it from an app or from an IPTV box??

                    About transactions in Z2U, are there any recommendations for specific payment service, or vice versa, something to avoid? I've heard some use Google Pay, some say never use PayPal.

                    Based thread. I was looking for IPTV providers for about an hour on the other subreddit and couldn't find anything that wasn't an advert. I went on Z2u and bought a month subscription for 2.99 under the name EvesTV, but it seems like it's just "Strong8K". No buffering, has everything I could want.

                    I ordered and paid for what i thought was a playlist from Alibaba. The seller sent me a user name and password along with a DNS url. What am I supposed to do with that? I was expecting something more like a .m3u file.
